Cadbury Christmas Cookies

  • ½ Cup Unsalted Butter Softened
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Cups All Purpose Flour
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Cup Cadbury Snow Balls
  • ½ Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350º F.
  • Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add in vanilla and egg until incorporated about 15 seconds. Don't over mix
  • In a separate bowl whisk together flour, sea salt and baking soda. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
  • Add in Cadbury snow balls (mini eggs) and chocolate chips.
  • I like to use a cookie scoop or roll dough into balls on a greased or lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. You just want them slightly golden. The edges will be slightly brown. Don't over bake these.
  • Cool on a baking rack and enjoy!
