Turkey Sliders
Baked turkey sliders on Hawaiian sweet rolls are the perfect mix of sweet and savory flavors. The warm turkey and melty gooey cheese with baked in a melted butter sauce gives a great depth of flavor and a little crunch with the poppy seed in the everything seasoning.

- Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- ¾ lb Turkey Sliced or left over turkey
- 9 slices Havarti Cheese sliced
- ⅓ Cup Mayonnaise
- ½ Cup Unsalted Butter
- ½ Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Everything Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Pepper
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Slice Hawaiian Rolls in half using a serrated knife. Separating the tops and bottom rolls.
Place bottom of the rolls into a greased pan and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Layer cheese slices overlapping until the rolls are completely covered. Then add a layer of turkey. Cover with top of rolls.
In a small bowl mix together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, everything seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pour the melted butter mixture on top of buns. Use a brush to spread mixture evenly if needed.
Bake at 350º F for 15-20 minutes. Foil can be used to cover the sliders if they start to get too brown. Bake until golden brown and the cheese is melted. These are best enjoyed warm! Enjoy!
