Creamy Ranch Corn Dip

This creamy ranch corn dip recipe is an easy appetizer perfect for any party or occasion!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 15.25 oz Corn whole kernel sweet corn
  • 1 oz Ranch Dip Mix
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • ½ cup Scallions chopped
  • 2 Jalapeños chopped, cored and remove seeds to control spice level

Instructions

  • In a medium size bowl add cream cheese, corn, red peppers, scallions, jalapenos and ranch dip mix. Mix together until combined.
  • Chill for one hour before serving.

Notes

This recipe works well with 1/3 fat Cream Cheese or Neufchatel.
When you core and remove the seeds of the jalapeños this dip is not spicy. If you want a spicy dip add jalapeño seeds. 
I like to serve with corn chips or wheat thins.
