Crockpot Candy

This is one of the easiest candies to make - perfect peanut and chocolate candy clusters straight out of your crockpot!

  • 32 oz. Honey Roasted Peanuts
  • 32 oz. Vanilla Almond Bark
  • 12 oz. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 4 oz. Semi Sweet Bakers Chocolate 60% Cacoa

Instructions

  • Add peanuts to the bottom of the bowl of your crockpot.
  • Next add in a layer of vanilla almond bark, chocolate chips, and bakers chocolate. Place the lid on the crockpot and set it to low heat, don't stir yet!
  • Cook on low heat for one hour. Remove the lid and stir the chocolate mixture. The ingredients have started to melt stir to combine.
  • Every 10-15 minutes for the next hour stir the chocolate mixture until everything is coated.
  • Line a baking sheet or sheet pan with a piece of parchment paper or wax paper. Using a small cookie scoop or a spoon, scoop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared sheet.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until fully set. Store the candy in an airtight container at room temperature.

This recipe makes between 40-50 peanut clusters depending on the size of your scoops.
