Crockpot Turkey Breast
Cooking a small boneless turkey breast in the crockpot is an easy way to get a flavorful and juicy turkey. Prep time only takes 10 minutes and is great for a small Thanksgiving dinner or as a meal any day of the week.

- 3 lb Boneless Turkey Breast
- 4 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Onions Quartered
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
- ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
Remove turkey from packaging, removing the gravy packet. Leave the string netting on the turkey this helps the boneless turkey breast keep it's shape. Pat the turkey dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl mix together garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.
Cover the turkey in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Rub the dry rub all over the turkey breast.
In the crockpot add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place onions in the bottom of the crockpot an place the turkey breast on top of the onions.
Cover the slow cooker and set it on low for 3-4 hours.
When internal temperature of the turkey is at 165º F remove turkey and transfer to a baking dish. For a crispier skin broil in the oven for 5-8 minutes.
Let turkey rest 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving.
