Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad

This peach and burrata salad is an easy way to elevate your Summer dinner. It's made with grilled peaches, arugula, creamy burrata, prosciutto, balsamic glaze and hot honey.

Ingredients

  • 4 Peaches Ripe
  • 5 oz Arugula
  • 8 oz Burrata
  • 4 oz Proscuitto
  • 2 TBSP Balsamic Glaze
  • 2 TBSP Hot Honey optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Slice peaches and remove pit.
  • Heat grill to 500º F and evenly add oil.
  • Grill peaches on each side 3-4 minutes. Peaches will start to get a nice golden char and caramelize.
  • Assemble your salad. On a platter add arugula, warm peaches, burrata, and prosciutto.
  • Season with freshly cracked salt, pepper and drizzle with balsamic glaze and hot honey. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Don't have a grill or it's raining outside. You can easily make this by sautéing your peaches in a frying pan on the stove. You won't get the same char but I promise you it is still delicious!
