This peach and burrata salad is an easy way to elevate your Summer dinner. It’s made with grilled peaches, arugula, creamy burrata, prosciutto, balsamic glaze and hot honey.
My favorite summer salad grilled peach and burrata salad with prosciutto. A perfectly balanced salad that is easy to make all Summer long. The creamy burrata with the saltiness of the prosciutto, peppery arugula the sweetness from the juicy caramelized peaches, the hot honey and balsamic glaze makes for the most delicious bite that will impress your guests. Eat this on its own as a meal or as a side to elevate your Summer barbecue.
Have you ever grilled a peach before? If not you need to try this! I have been making this recipe for years. Every time my best friend and I get together during the summer we end up making this grilled peach and burrata salad. The peaches when grilled get caramelized and have a slight char to them which adds great flavor.
Just recently we’ve started to add hot honey to the salad. Just a little drizzle at the end and it just takes it up a notch.
This grilled peach and burrata salad is such and easy dish that will impress your guest. It’s also a meal that transitions well from the Summer to the Fall. It also can be easily made vegetarian if you leave off the prosciutto.

Ingredients
- Peaches– Fresh peaches work best.
- Burrata– Usually found in the cheese section next to mozzarella. Burrata is a creamy mozzarella cheese filled with cream called stracciatella. One of my absolute favorite cheeses.
- Arugula– Adds a nice peppery flavor.
- Prosciutto– Torn into bite size pieces adds a great saltiness.
- Balsamic Glaze– Adds a sweetness and acidity to the salad.
- Hot Honey-(optional) Adds a great sweetness and heat.
How to Make Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad
- Wash your peaches and slice them into pieces. I like to leave the skins on for the antioxidants and fiber.
- Heat your grill to 500º F and add olive oil evenly. I am using a Blackstone Grill but this also works great on grated grill. Cook peaches on each side for 3-4 minutes. Peaches will get a nice char color to them and caramelize.
- Add peaches on top of a bed of arugula.
- Break the burrata into pieces and add to the salad.
- Tear the prosciutto into bite size pieces and add to the plate.
- Season with freshly cracked salt, pepper and drizzle with balsamic glaze and hot honey. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Substitutions & Variations
- A great addition to this salad is basil. It adds an herbaceous fresh flavor.
- Want to add a crunch? Think about adding some nuts. Pine nuts are a great addition.
- Make it vegetarian by leaving out the prosciutto.
