Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower
An easy roasted broccoli and cauliflower recipe baked on a sheet pan. Tender florets with just the right amount of crispiness. This makes for a great side dish for any entree.

- 2 Crowns Broccoli Trimmed
- 1 Crown Cauliflower Trimmed
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1 TSP Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
In a medium sized bowl add broccoli, cauliflower olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Using tongs toss the the florets to get them evenly coated.
Spread the seasoned broccoli and cauliflower in a single even layer on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicon baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes depending on your preferred level of crispiness, turning halfway through.
