Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower

An easy roasted broccoli and cauliflower recipe baked on a sheet pan. Tender florets with just the right amount of crispiness. This makes for a great side dish for any entree.

Ingredients

  • 2 Crowns Broccoli Trimmed
  • 1 Crown Cauliflower Trimmed
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1 TSP Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  • In a medium sized bowl add broccoli, cauliflower olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Using tongs toss the the florets to get them evenly coated.
  • Spread the seasoned broccoli and cauliflower in a single even layer on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicon baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes depending on your preferred level of crispiness, turning halfway through.
