Shake and Bake Pork Chops

- 4-6 Boneless Pork Chops 1 inch thick
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Cups Plain Bread Crumbs
- 2 Teaspoons Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
Preheat the oven to 425º F. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a large Ziplock bag mix together bread crumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Brush pork chops on both sides with olive oil.
Place pork chop into the bag of bread crumbs and gently shake. Once coated place it on the baking sheet.
Repeat with each pork chop
Bake at 425ºF for 20-25 minutes. Internal temperature of pork should be 145ºF when ready.
