Baked Funfetti Donut Recipe
Today I’m sharing my favorite lifehack. How to make baked funfetti donuts with a box of cake mix. You can use any box of cake mix into a donut with this recipe.
Now baking a donut, instead of frying, and also making it with cake mix will create more of a cake like consistency. It’s still delicious and the whole recipe from start to finish will only take minutes.
Baked Funfetti Donut Recipe
Baked funfetti donuts using boxed cake mix
Ingredients
- 1 Box of Funfetti Cake Mix
- 1 Cup Water
- ¼ Cup of Vegetable oil
- 1 Egg
- 1 Storage Bag or Pastry Bag
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray donut pan and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil and egg. With a hand or stand mixer mix the ingredients on low.
Once mixed spoon the batter into the pastry bag. If you don't have a pastry bag don't worry use a storage bag and cut the tip of the bag when ready to fill the donut pan. Fill each donut about ¾ of the way.
Bake for 9-10 mins at 350 degrees. Donuts will spring back from your touch when fully baked. Let cool slightly before removing from pan. Then place on cooling rack.
