A blueberry twist on a classic pomegranate martini.

Blueberry Pomegranate Martini

The other night I was out to eat with a friend and I saw a Santorini Martini on special for the night. I had to ask the waitress about it. Turns out it was a blueberry pomegranate martini. Yum! Of course I had to order it then figure out how to make it at home.

Now I love pomegranate martinis. They were one of my first cocktail recipes I ever wrote about. Check it out here. Also check out pomegranate prosecco cocktail here.

Because I never can just share one cocktail recipe, I am sharing 5 today. Stay until the end to learn about 5 cocktails that are perfect for Summer.

A twist on the classic pomegranate martini

Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pama
  • 1oz Blueberry Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Triple Sec
  • 1/4 of a lime juiced

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your martini shaker over ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into a martini glass, serve cold, garnish with fresh blueberries, lime or an orange twist.

Notes

Now sometimes martinis are a little too strong since it's basically just alcohol. You can modify this recipe by adding some pomegranate juice before shaking or after you shake you can stir in some seltzer (don't shake the seltzer in the shaker).
