What size pan should you make fudge in?

I like to use a 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish. This is the one I use its stoneware and works perfectly just line it with wax paper.

Does fudge need to be refrigerated?

Fudge contains dairy which makes you think that it needs to be refrigerated but since it has a high sugar content the sugar stabilizes the dairy. Fudge can be stored in an air tight container at room temperature for 1-2 weeks.

Can you freeze fudge?

Yes, you can freeze fudge! If stored properly your fudge will last 2-3 months in the freezer. I suggest to wrap your fudge in wax paper and then aluminum foil. Store your wrapped fudge in a freezer bag.
When you are ready to eat the fudge remove it from the freezer and let it thaw for 3 hours and enjoy!

How long does fudge last?

Fudge can last a long time, if you don’t eat it all, it all depends on how it is stored. If you store it in an air tight container at room temperature it typically lasts 1-2 weeks. Want it to last longer? Store it in the fridge properly in an air tight container it stays fresh for 2-3 weeks.
