Razor blades I would have to say are my go to tool for almost any project whether it be crafting or refinishing furniture. This tip actually almost changed my crafting and DIY life!

Using a blade while scraping off contact paper can be very time consuming especially when only little pieces of paper are coming off at a time.

Simply bending the razor blade will allow you to have more control to scrape off large sections. This 3 second change will shave time and frustration from most projects.

Bending the blade makes the tool versatile allowing you to use it in two ways. One to glide under to pick up or remove the contact paper and two to sit at a 45 degree angle and pull back to scrape off remaining adhesive.

Sharing is caring!
