Almost every year my friends and family get together at this time and host a Christmas cookie swap party. Never been to a cookie swap? Let me tell you how it works. Invite your friends over telling them to bake some delicious cookies to share. Set up a table in your home with lots of tins or to-go bins. Each person collects an assortment of cookies from everyone and package them up maybe sample a few along the way. It’s a great way to kick off the holiday party season and an awesome opportunity to share your favorite recipes. Sometimes you leave with so many cookies that they are great for office gifts or even to make a platter to bring to another party.
