What to put in infused ice cubes
The options are endless for infusing ice cubes. Add whatever will go best with the cocktail or drink you are serving. Fruity and herbs are always good choices. I added oranges, pomegranate seeds, cranberries and rosemary to make it festive for Christmas cocktails. Here are some other ideas.

How to make infused ice cubes
- Wash, slice or chop your fresh ingredients. I am adding pomegranate seeds, cranberries, oranges and rosemary.
- In the bottom of your ice cube tray add fruit and herbs.
- Fill ice cube tray up with water.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
Want to make more? Remove ice cubes from the tray and store in a freezer bag.
