Are you throwing a holiday party and want to make a Christmas cocktail? The easiest way to make your drinks festive to is make some infused ice. These festive ice cubes are so easy to make. All you need is some fresh fruit, herbs and an ice cube tray.

What to put in infused ice cubes

The options are endless for infusing ice cubes. Add whatever will go best with the cocktail or drink you are serving. Fruity and herbs are always good choices. I added oranges, pomegranate seeds, cranberries and rosemary to make it festive for Christmas cocktails. Here are some other ideas.

  • Oranges
  • Grapefruit
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Watermelon
  • Mint
  • Rosemary
  • Basil
  • Tea
  • Fruit Juice
  • Coconut Water

How to make infused ice cubes

  1. Wash, slice or chop your fresh ingredients. I am adding pomegranate seeds, cranberries, oranges and rosemary.
  2. In the bottom of your ice cube tray add fruit and herbs.
  3. Fill ice cube tray up with water.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

Want to make more? Remove ice cubes from the tray and store in a freezer bag.

  • Water
  • Oranges
  • Cranberries
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Rosemary

Instructions

  1. Wash, slice or chop your oranges, cranberries, pomegranate seeds and rosemary.
  2. In the bottom of your ice cube tray add fruit and herbs.
  3. Fill ice cube tray up with water.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

These festive infused ice cubes will impress your guests with minimal effort. I love that it makes any drink feel special even if its just soda water or Sprite.
