I need to tell you guys about my true love. Yes it’s an appliance but it was the only thing I wanted for Christmas last year, a Nespresso VertuoPlus machine. This is both a coffee maker and an espresso maker.
Now I know what your thinking. Michelle I thought you were going pod free? Well Nespresso has a great pod recycling program that Keurig should take note of.
To make this mocha espresso martini I brewed a Double Espresso Scuro. Don’t worry if you don’t have a nespresso any espresso will work. Also strong coffee like and espresso or french roast will also work.

There is just something about an espresso martini that makes you feel sophisticated. I always find that if I am out with some friends if I order one it’s almost a snowball effect everyone remembers they love them and will also order one.
