A simple pomegranate Prosecco cocktail. Perfect cocktail for girls night in, date night or Valentine’s day.

One of my favorite ways to make a cocktail is to use Prosecco. It is a great base for a cocktail that can be drank in the morning or for a date night. It always pairs well with fruit. So, when I thought what kind of cocktail should I make for Valentine’s day? I knew I wanted to serve it in a champagne glass, because what is more romantic than that, I knew it had to be a Prosecco cocktail. Let’s make a pomegranate prosecco cocktail.

Interested in another Prosecco cocktail? You can try caramel apple martini, raspberry lime prosecco float, Aperol Spritz or poinsettia cocktail. You may also like a pomegranate martini.

Today I am joining up with 7 of my favorite bloggers to share 8 Valentine’s Day cocktails for you. They are indulgent, sweet and sexy cocktails that you are going to want to stick around until the end of the post to see.

Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Pama liqueur
  • 1/2 oz triple sec or orange liqueur
  • 4 oz. Prosecco
  • Garnish with a slice of orange and pomegranate seeds.

Instructions

    1. In a champagne flute add an orange slice, Pama liqueur, triple sec and fill the remainder of the flute with Prosecco.
    2. Top with pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!

Now you can buy fresh pomegranates or buy the seeds separately. If you have never deseeded a pomegranate before I suggest you watch a youtube video on how to do this. The method I use is with a wooden spoon and smacking the back of the pomegranate.
