Adult freeze pops. Yes, you read that right! I have been seeing these all over the internet but they have all been about the pre-made alcoholic freeze pops. So why not make our own?! TodayI am sharing the recipe to make these strawberry lemonade vodka freeze pops.

Check out the video below to see how I made these and the step by step instructions underneath.

Three ingredients

The best part about this recipe is that it is simple and easy! You will only need three ingredients

  • Lemonade
  • Strawberry lemonade vodka
  • Strawberries

And freeze pop bags you can purchase here

Now I tend to like more popsicles that are made with actual bits of fruit in them so why not add fresh strawberries. This will also enhance the strawberry flavor from the vodka. I chopped 4-5 strawberries and used my fork to smash them just slightly in a bowl to let out some of their natural juices.

Using the same fork add strawberries to your freeze pop bags.

Using a 2 cup measuring cup I combined 1 1/2 cups of lemonade and 1/2 cup of vodka. Make sure to stir!

Now my initial thought was to use the spout of the measuring cup to pour the liquid into the bags but a small funnel seemed to be a lot easier. Make sure not to fill all the way to the top because we do know that liquid can expand when frozen.
