An easy two ingredient fruit dip recipe that is perfect for any occasion or season, always a crowd pleaser!

A bowl of fruit dip is on top of a wooden board on top of a teal kitchen towel, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries completely cover the board around the fruit dip bowl.

Also known as cream cheese fruit dip and two ingredient fruit dip. The creamy texture of this delicious dip pairs perfectly with any type of fruit. I often have to make a double batch because it disappears so quickly.

It’s one of my favorite things to make for any type of gathering. The best part is that it only takes two ingredients and can be made in less than 5 minutes, which is perfect for last minute entertaining or a quick and easy pick-me-up snack for the family.

The best thing about this easy fruit dip recipe is how versatile it is. I’ve served this at a baby shower and bridal showers, birthday parties, pool party, family gatherings, and leftovers make an easy snack or a perfect school snack. You can serve this two ingredient dip with fancy fruit trays or a fruit charcuterie board, cookies, vanilla wafers, graham crackers, pound cake.

Looking for another great dip? Try this Knorr spinach dip or this creamy ranch corn dip. I’ve been wanting to try this cherry cheesecake dip as well.

Fruit Dip Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese– I use regular cream cheese, and for a lower calorie option neufchâtel cheese works.
  • Marshmallow Fluff or Marshmallow Creme– this is easily found in your local grocery store, often in the baking aisle or near the peanut butter.

How To Make Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

  1. In a large bowl place softened cream cheese and marshmallow cream.
  2. On low speed mix together with a hand mixer or any electric mixer a softened block of cream cheese and marshmallow cream until smooth. Serve with fruit or store in an airtight container and refrigerate for later.

Recipe Tip

Cream cheese must be softened because his will help get a smooth consistency.

Make a double batch – this dip goes quickly!

I prefer the original recipe of the traditional creamy dip but you can experiment with additional flavor options in many different ways- sprinkling the top with brown sugar, add vanilla extract, use strawberry cream cheese, add in maraschino cherry juice – the possibilities for this sweet dip are endless!
