Red Velvet Cookies

These red velvet cake mix cookies are the easiest cookies to make. The recipe only has four ingredients. These cookies make the perfect Valentine’s day dessert or treat. You can even make them at Christmas time.

The cookies are moist and soft with red velvet flavor. The white chocolate adds a great bite to the cookie texture and a creamy decadent flavor.

Cake Mix Cookies

One of my favorite hacks for making cookies is to use a box of cake mix. All you need is a box of cake mix, 1/3 cup of vegetable oil and 2 eggs. No one will ever know and it still tastes homemade with out all the extra ingredients and work.

Did you know you can do this with other cake mixes? Check out these cookies I made with devils food cake mix.

How to make red velvet cake mix cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl mix together red velvet cake mix, oil and eggs. The batter will be thick. Once combined mix in white chocolate chips.

I like to use a cookie scoop or roll dough into balls on a greased or lined cookie sheet. I use these silicone mats for baking.

Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Enjoy!

Don’t like white chocolate? Try semi sweet, milk or dark chocolate chips. You can also use m&ms or toffee.
