Cake Mix Cookies
One of my favorite hacks for making cookies is to use a box of cake mix. All you need is a box of cake mix, 1/3 cup of vegetable oil and 2 eggs. No one will ever know and it still tastes homemade with out all the extra ingredients and work.
Did you know you can do this with other cake mixes? Check out these cookies I made with devils food cake mix.

How to make red velvet cake mix cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl mix together red velvet cake mix, oil and eggs. The batter will be thick. Once combined mix in white chocolate chips.
I like to use a cookie scoop or roll dough into balls on a greased or lined cookie sheet. I use these silicone mats for baking.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Enjoy!
